Getting pregnant - is it really that easy?
The answer for an increasing number of couples is "no".
The National Fertility Survey published in September 2007 reported that 35% of couples in the UK experience problems trying to conceive, with the figure in Scotland even higher at 42%.
Is it proving harder to get pregnant than you thought?
Maybe you had your first baby easily but are now finding it difficult to conceive your second? Or are you maybe thinking about starting a family in the future and wondering how easy it will be?
Maybe you are in your late 30’s or 40’s and concerned about whether a baby will be possible for you? Perhaps you are considering IVF but want to make sure you have explored all other possibilities first?
If the answer to any of these questions is yes, Deirdre may be able to help. She is a trained and experienced Fertility Awareness Practitioner, or in other words, Conception Coach.
She can help if you are finding it difficult to get pregnant for the first time, if you have already had a child and are finding it difficult to conceive again, or if you have just decided to try and want to optimise your fertility to get pregnant as quickly as possible.
